Meeting Guidelines / Code of Conduct

Please review and understand these before submitting a new meeting form

  1. Meetings are expected to follow the 80/20 7th Tradition Guidelines

    • 80% of the total 7th Tradition collected goes to the Valley Alano Club, 20% goes to your meeting. The 80% and 20% envelopes can be found in Room A, B or C, please fill them out and put in the safe (located in Room C) after your meeting

  2. The Club provides coffee for meetings, but donations for coffee (if used) are appreciated

    • There is a blue coffee donation bucket located in Room C by the coffee maker, as well as a “Coffee Donation” envelopes (also located in Room C) where you can put coffee money collected. Please put coffee envelopes in the safe in Room C.

  3. Clean up after your meeting, including disposing of all trash and wiping down counter and table space if dirty.

    • Trash liners are located in Room C. Dumpsters to throw away trash are located in the north parking lot

  4. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the meeting rooms

    • If you need to vape or smoke please step outside to do so, vaping and smoking in the meeting rooms violates our contract with St. Stephen’s Church

  5. Pets are NOT allowed on property, except for service animals as defined by law.

  6. As part of your rent, the club provides 24 hour, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 month and 9 month chips (can be found in each meeting room), as well as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Meetings are responsible for providing their own literature and metal sobriety chips
