Event Host Code of Conduct Agreement

1. No smoking or vaping in any of the rooms. Outside smoking is permitted in the Courtyard and guests are expected to use ashtrays and not leave butts anywhere on church grounds.

2. The meeting room used will be left clean and organized. If food or drinks are served (non-alcoholic only), all trash will be taken to the large garbage cans which sit just North of Fredrickson Hall.

3. If coffee pots are used, warmers should be checked to be in the OFF position upon leaving the room and the coffee pots rinsed.

4. The firepits are not to be used unless prior authorization has been approved by VAC. If a fire has been approved, the Fire Guidelines will be followed (this is a separate document).

5. Absolutely no Fireworks are allowed anywhere on church property. Violation of this will result in a permanent ban of the group from any VAC meeting rooms including Fredrickson Hall.

6. Event Host agrees to use only the meeting room space assigned by the VAC for their event.

7. The donation the group has pledged for the use of the room, should be placed in an envelope, marked with your Group Name and date and placed in the safe located in Room C. You will find the safe at the front of the room in the right corner. Alternatively, if the group would like to use Venmo for their donation, please send it to @Valley-Alano, include your group name & event date in the description.
